After the war these records were taken over at Southeast Asia Command in Kandy, Ceylon, by Major-General MacLean, D.A.G., A.L.F.S.E.A for the use of the R.A.P.W.A (Repatriation of Allied Prisoners of War and Internees).
Some of these are available at KEW.

Java Rolls

- Index rolls covering British Army personnel as above and all other army prisoners of war believed to be still in Java.
- Causality roll for above together with some sketch maps of cemeteries.
American Personnel - U.S. Navy, Army, Mercantile Marine, Air Corps. Etc.
- Nominal roll covering all known survivors U.S.S Houston, and their present whereabouts.
- Nominal roll 2nd Bn, 131 Field Artillery together with U.S. Air Corps, U.S. Mercantile Marine, civilians, etc., showing whereabouts.
Parties Ex Changi and Singapore
- Rolls of parties ex Changi and Singapore overland and overseas during 1942.
- Consolidated roll of paries ex singapore during 1943 and originals from which it was compiled.
- Nominal roll showing PoW movements from Thailand parties (as in 1 and 2 above) to Saigon and Japan via Singapore during 1944. This register contains complete roll of poW who left Singapore on 4th September 1944 and were torpedoed off Bataan on 21st September 1944 - 1,085 lives lost.

- Original rolls and strength return register from Kuala Lumpur PoW camp in Pudu Gaol.
- Roll of PoW taken in Sumatra alphabetically by Navy, Army, Britishers from north Sumatra recruited into Dutch forces, A.I.F. and R.A.F.
- Roll of PoW taken in west Sumatra, later moved to Moedan and then to Burma and Thailand.
- Roll of PoW taken in the Burma operations and imprisoned in Camp IV in Rangoon (British and American).
