Evacuated Nong P[laduk No. 2 in Nov. 1943, then to Base Hospital Camp at Nakom-Paton in Mar. 1944, returned to Nong Pladuc. Due to deafness, Richard failed to hear the Allied (US) air raid on Nong Pladuc and a bomb fell on his hut, killing him.
