3/1 Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment refers to the 3rd Light Anti-Aircraft Battery of the 1st Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment, Burma Auxiliary Force (B.A.F.), formed in 1941. It was equipped with eight 40mm Bofors guns and defended Rangoon until the city was evacuated on March 7, 1942. Retreating North they reached Moulmeen.
