26th June 1943, "White of 5 platoon died this morning, we were on the big bridge" He was admitted to hospital on the 15th of June and died on the 26th of June from Dysentery. Buried at Lower Tha Khanun (Capt. Revered G.E. McNeill) Chaplin to the forces.
