From Ipoh, the cemetery is on the road to Penang at milestone 54 outside Taiping town. The area is called Happy Park and faces a new estate called Taman Taiping (Taiping Garden).
Within the cemetery the single 1939-1945 Commonwealth war grave will be found to the left of the main entrance lane and just behind some mid-fifties military graves.
